NZKW Australia Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to return it.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nzkw.com.au with your order number, details of the item(s) you're returning, photos, and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, please securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.


Refunds

Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exemptions

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
Certain items, such as custom products, perishable goods, and safety-related products, are exempt from refunds.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded - Store credit may apply 


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nzkw.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. Please note, damage caused by the courier during transit is not our responsibility. However, if the product is faulty or defective (not due to courier damage), we will assist you with a return or replacement.
