Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Important: Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage. Please contact the courier directly for any delivery issues.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise at time of ordering.
"Online Only" – 24 to 48 hours delay, but in some cases up to 5 days depending on the product and third-party shipping.
"Pre-order" – Available only for items in transit to our Australian warehouse. Estimated dates depend on third-party shipping.
"Special Order" – Products we manufacture or need to restock. Average time is 3-5 weeks but may vary depending on third- party shipping
Once shipped, delivery times to major centers are:
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
Rural and remote areas may take longer.
Please note, these are estimated time frames provided by third-party delivery companies.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. For updates, please contact the courier company directly.
Delivery Address Changes
We can update your address only if the order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to coordinate with the courier company directly.
Delays & Lost Shipments
Shipping delays (e.g., weather, courier issues) are uncommon but may occur and cause varied delays.
If your package is marked "delivered" but is missing, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
Shipping Fees & Rural Surcharges
Shipping fees are non-refundable if an item is returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Rural Addresses may have an additional surcharge. If extra charges apply, your order will be sent to the nearest courier depot for collection.
Oversized & Fragile Items
Large or heavy items (over 1500mm, 25kg, or 0.125m³) may have extra shipping fees.
We do not ship highly fragile items. If shipped at your request, we are not responsible for any damage.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you request a non-signature delivery, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery.
